Deliveries in Belgium:
deco-inspiration.be covers the delivery costs for any order over 80€ (inclusive of VAT and all other taxes).
Any order made on
http://www.deco-inspiration.be will be delivered by
TAXIPOST.
If you are not in, the deliverer leaves a delivery notice. The purchaser can request a second delivery by telephone or can go and collect the package within 14 calendar days from the nearest post office or Point Poste.
International deliveries:
Deco-inspiration.be makes its deliveries using the DPD carrier company according to the charges given in the table above.
If you are not in, the deliverer leaves a delivery note and calls a second time, usually 24 hours later. If by misfortune the second attempt fails you have a period of 7 calendar days to go and collect the parcel from the closest DPD depot. After this period has elapsed the parcel is returned to
deco-inspiration.be.
In the event of the parcel being dispatched again, the new delivery charges will be at the cost of the purchaser.
Delivery times:
The average delivery time for products in stock is 3 to 5 days from the validation of the order by deco-inspiration.be
In the event that the product is unavailable after your order has been placed
deco-inspiration.be will inform the purchaser of this and indicate the date when the product will be received.
Out-of-stock products take an average of 10 to 15 working days to deliver.
Deco-inspiration.be declines all responsibility in the event of major delivery delays caused by shipment services, strike or any other act of God (fire, impossibility of obtaining products from suppliers, accident, revolt, etc.).
The execution of the contract will then be suspended until the problem is resolved. The purchaser cannot request the termination of the contract or compensation.
Delivery address:
It is possible to deliver your parcel to an address that is not your own. For this simply indicate the correct delivery address when placing the order – this will therefore be different to the invoicing address.
Parcel verification:
Despite all the care that
deco-inspiration.be invests in preparing parcels an item might be missing or defective following transport. Thus it is imperative that you verify the correctness of your parcel on delivery and that you inform the deliverer of any problems.
