How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order by choosing the category that interests you. Click on the item you have chosen, then, if necessary, choose the colour and finally click on “add to basket”. You can see the complete details of your items before adding them to your basket. Your order is complete? Fill in all the fields concerning your details or provide your customer number.

Choose your payment method:
  • Either by indicating the type of payment card (Visa, Mastercard), the number of the payment card, its expiry date and its security code (3 last digits of the number on the back).
  • Or by Bancontact / Mistercash.
  • Or by transfer payment.

Once your order has been registered you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment being confirmed.

Are payments on your website properly secured?

You can place orders on our website in complete security!

All the personal data that you send us are encrypted and are inaccessible to third parties. Transaction protection is guaranteed by the use of an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secured payment module from our partner OGONE - www.ogone.com.

I no longer have my password or I cannot find it?

You want to create a password : Click on « create an account » then fill in all the compulsory information (name, address, email, password, etc.).

Do not forget this password as you will be asked to provide it every time you place an order on our website.

You already have a password but cannot find it : Don’t worry, go to « forgotten password » and type in your email address, surname and name and we will send you an email with your password.

Will an item whose stock has run out become available again?

Items followed by the remark "out of stock" will not come back into stock.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your payment and will be delivered to you in 3 to 5 working days for products in stock and in 10-15 working days for products that are unavailable at the time of ordering.

What happens in the event that prices change?

The prices appearing on the website are in euros, inclusive of all taxes and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of ordering; any change in taxes may be reflected in the prices of the products or services.

deco-inspiration.be reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being nevertheless understood that the price appearing on the website on the day of the order shall be the only one applicable to the purchaser. The prices indicated do not include delivery charges.

What charges will be added to my order?

Order processing charges are comprised of a contribution to dispatch charges (preparation and dispatch charges).

The contribution to preparation and parcel dispatch charges varies according to the delivery country (1):
  • 5.50€ for regular delivery everywhere in Belgium
  • Free for each order above 120€ for regular delivery everywhere in Belgium
  • 10.50€ for regular delivery in Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
  • Free for each order above 160€ for regular delivery everywhere in Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

(1) deco-inspiration reserves the right to adapt these totals in accordance with changes to postal or transport costs.

What is the cancellation period?

The purchaser has a period of seven (7) working days to return, at his cost, the products ordered without penalty and without indicating the reason. This period starts on the day after the delivery date of the order. Products must be returned in their original packaging and wrapping to the following address: Bel’Events sprl – Voie du Maréchal Ney, 5, 1300 Wavre.

If the abovementioned terms are fulfilled deco-inspiration.be shall reimburse the purchaser, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the parcel by Bel’Events sprl, the sums paid by him with the exception of the cost of returning the products, which remains at the expense of the purchaser.

Damaged or dirty items cannot be returned. In the event of abusive returns deco-inspiration.be reserves the right to refuse future orders.

How to complain about the contents?

You have not received the right item :

Despite all the care that deco-inspiration.be invests in preparing parcels an item might be missing.

In this event, please contact our customer service. An agent will be only too pleased to check this for you.

The item is damaged:

deco-inspiration.be does its utmost to ensure that products are securely wrapped and snugly placed in their packing boxes.

Therefore it is essential that you check the state of your parcel on delivery and that you make the deliverer aware of any problems. You can, of course, exchange the item if the damage is due to a production fault.
