The present terms of sale are concluded by, on the one hand, the company Bel’Events sprl of head office in Wavre and registered in the commercial register under VAT number BE0885710859, hereinafter referred to as "
deco-inspiration.be" and any physical person or legal entity wishing to effect a purchase via the website
www.deco-inspiration.be, hereinafter referred to as " the purchaser ".
Article 1 : Aim
The present terms of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between
www.deco-inspiration.be and the purchaser and the terms applicable to any purchase effected using the commercial website
www.deco-inspiration.be, whether the purchaser is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of goods or a service via the present website implies the purchaser’s unreserved acceptance of the present terms of sale. These terms of sale shall prevail over all over general or specific terms and conditions not explicitly agreed by
www.deco-inspiration.be.
www.deco-inspiration.be reserves the power to modify these terms of sale at any time. In this event, the terms applicable shall be those in force on the date of the purchaser’s order.
Article 2 : Nature of goods and services offered
The products and services offered are those that appear in the catalogue published on the website
www.deco-inspiration.be These products and services are offered subject to available stocks.
If a product ordered becomes unavailable the purchaser will be immediately informed by email and shall have the choice of either cancelling their order or, if the product is likely to become available quickly, of waiting for the new delivery date, which will be stipulated to them.
The photographs in the catalogue are the most accurate possible, but cannot provide a perfect likeness of the product offered, particularly as regards the colours.
Article 3 : Price lists
The prices appearing in the catalogue are in euros, inclusive of all taxes and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of ordering; any change in taxes may be reflected in the prices of the products or services.
deco-inspiration.be reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being nevertheless understood that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order shall be the only one applicable to the purchaser. The prices indicated do not include delivery charges even if delivery is to the geographical regions set out below.
Article 4 : Geographical scope
The online sale of the products and services shown on the website is reserved for purchasers residing in Belgium and in the countries of the European Community: Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Article 5 : Orders
It is obligatory that a purchaser wishing to purchase a product or a service:
- completes the identification form in which they shall provide all the requested information or give their identity number if he has one;
- validate their order after having checked it;
- make payment in accordance with the terms set out;
- confirm their order and its payment.
Confirming the order implies accepting these terms of sale, recognising having full knowledge of them and renouncing the use of his own terms of purchase or other terms.
The totality of the information provided and the registered confirmation shall serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation shall serve as having signed and accepted the operations performed.
The purchaser shall receive an email confirming receipt of their order and then an email confirming that the order has been validated.
Article 6 : Cancellation
The purchaser has a period of seven (7) working days to return, at their cost, the products ordered without penalty and without indicating his reasons. This period starts on the day after the delivery date of the order. Products must be returned in their original packaging and wrapping to the following address: Bel’Events sprl – Voie du Maréchal Ney, 5, 1300 Wavre.
If the abovementioned terms are fulfilled
deco-inspiration.be shall reimburse the purchaser, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the package by Bel’Events sprl, the sums paid by them with the exception of the cost of returning the products, which remains at the expense of the purchaser.
Damaged or dirty items cannot be returned. In the event of abusive returns
deco-inspiration.be reserves the right to refuse future orders.
Article 7 : Payment methods
The price is payable on ordering by bankcard (Bancontact/Mistercash, Visa, Mastercard) and by transfer payment. Payments effected by bankcard are made using the OGONE secure system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and the PCI DSS norm guaranteeing an optimal security level such that the information transmitted is encrypted by a program and no third party can access this whilst it is being transported across the network.
Article 8 : Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the purchase order, which can only be within the agreed geographical area.
Risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment when the products have left the
deco-inspiration.be premises. In the event of damage en route a reasoned complaint must be made to the carrier immediately.
deco-inspiration.be commits to dispatching items ordered within 48 hours. The average delivery time for available items is between 3 and 5 days.
Article 9 : Responsibility
During all the stages of website access, from the ordering process to the delivery of products
deco-inspiration.be only has an obligation of due care.
deco-inspiration.be’s responsibility shall not be engaged for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet, especially interruptions to service, external intrusion or the presence of a computer virus, or to any event classified as an act of God in accordance with jurisprudence.
Products are transported by the regular postal services or by carrier.
deco-inspiration.be thus declines all responsibility in the event of major delivery delays caused by the postal services or by means of transport, as well as in the event of the loss of products ordered or strikes. Transport risks are born by the purchaser, who should make claims to the postal services or to the carriers.
Furthermore, it is specified that ownership of the products ordered shall not be transferred to the purchaser until payment of the total price invoiced has been made.
Intellectual property
All elements of the
deco-inspiration.be website are and remain the intellectual property of
deco-inspiration.be exclusively.
No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, repeat or use for whatever reason, even partially, elements of the website be they software, visual or sound. Any simple or hypertext links are strictly forbidden without the explicit written permission of Bel’Events sprl.
Article 11 : Privacy policy
deco-inspiration.be reserves the right to collect data about the purchaser, especially whilst he is making an order or by use the of cookies (a small files sent by an Internet server that is saved on the hard drive of your computer. It saves a trace of the website visited and contains certain information about this visit).
deco-inspiration.be will not divulge the information that the purchase communicates to it to third parties. This information is considered confidential and is only used by
deco-inspiration.be’s internal services. In accordance with the Law of 8 December 1992 concerning the protection of private life with respect to the treatment of personnel data, you have the right, at any moment, to access and to rectify this data, as well as the right to have it deleted if you no longer wish to be informed about our activities.

The present terms apply during the entire duration of services being offered online by
deco-inspiration.be
Article 14 : Proof
The computerised registers held in the IT systems of the
deco-inspiration.be website shall, in reasonable security conditions, be considered to be proof of the communications, orders and payments taking place between the parties.
Article 15 : Storing and archiving of transactions
The archiving of purchase orders takes place on a reliable and permanent media in order to produce a reliable and permanent copy.
Article 16 : Law applicable and competence
The present terms are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, Belgian law is applicable and only the courts of the circuit of Nivelles are competent.
